The initial idea for “Novagea” was to create a fresh juice bar in order to combine elements derived from earth and nature such as fruits and herbs. Our proposal is characterized by the simplicity of materials, the strict
selection of colors, the separation of uses and the contrast between exterior and interior space. Τhe wooden ceiling surface and the installation of real tree volumes refer to the nature and to the open greek squares and yards. Greek white marble, in its early form, constitute the main volume element of the sunthesis. Extra large ceramic fruits are used for the decoration and give a richer color pallete in combination with the fresh
products and the chocolate fountain.
