This apartment building is located in the municipality of Kalamaria on the east side of Thessaloniki. The structure consists of 2 shops on the ground floor, and 8 apartments organized on 4 levels. Each level consists of 2 apartments while on the 4th floor 2 maisonettes have been designed and are connected with the fifth floor. Tηe project refers to an urban residence building in an over-crowded area. On the east and west facade of the building there are extended transparent surfaces , covered by vertical wooden traces, which are situated both for functional and aesthetic reasons. OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS created a contemporary building characterized by its minimal design which it changes the way , people think about apartment blocks.
