The site is located in Toumpa, Thessaloniki. It’s a five story building with eleven apartments. There is a pilotis on the ground level which serves for parking area. The underground level contains the storage facilities.The elevation is organized with clear volumes wrapping around the main body of the structure to form balconies and external sitting spaces. The base of the synthesis is underlined with an horizontal plane, framing the entrance.
