Five Storey Apartment Building In Aristofanous Str. Kalamaria Thessaloniki

The site is located in Vyzantio, Thessaloniki. Α five-storey building was designed with an apartment of 80 sq m in each floor. The ground level is a pilotis for parking area, whereas the underground level contains the storage facilities.The architectural synthesis is based on horizontal volumes and planes floating on the main body of the structure, forming balconies and exterior sitting areas. The interior design is similarly organized in zones, with living rooms and dining rooms in the first zone, kitchens and bathrooms in the second one and finally the bedrooms.
