OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS have designed three two-story buildings in Thermi, Thessaloniki. The buildings are strategically placed on a corner plot, maximizing the area’s views. The architecture is characterized by simple lines and geometric purity.
Large windows allow natural light to flood the interiors, and the use of natural materials adds a sense of honesty to the construction. Each building has four apartments, two on each floor, with an additional main space on the roof connected to the apartment below. The aesthetic is completed with white surfaces and anthracite details, while louvers and balconies add interest to the facades.
The plot features landscaping with plants and trees, outdoor seating areas, and BBQ spaces, providing residents with a relaxing and tranquil environment.
