HOUSING COMPLEX IN THERMI | THESSALONIKI, GREECE

OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS have designed  a two-story building in Thermi, Thessaloniki, that epitomizes simplicity and modern design. The architectural concept is driven by the organization of individual apartments, each visually distinguished by vertical aluminum louvers with a wood-like finish, which artfully interrupt the balconies.

The building’s color palette is predominantly white, with anthracite accents highlighting the recesses, semi-outdoor spaces, and aluminum window frames. Adding a touch of nature, the roof is adorned with low-lying vegetation, seamlessly integrating green elements into the structure.

This project  perfectly blends functional living spaces with a clean and modern aesthetic. The thoughtful integration of natural elements and innovative design not only enhances the visual appeal but also promotes a sustainable and harmonious living environment for its residents.
