HOUSING COMPLEX IN THERMI, THESSALONIKI

This apartment building is located in the municipality of Thermi on the east side of Thessaloniki. The project is about a three-story building with pilotis, basement, main area in the roof, outdoor parking and fencing. The architecture and geometry of buildings is directly related to the typology. The oncoplasty is monolithic but lightened with blinds and balconies around the perimeter. The buildings have 12 apartments, 4 in each building. Their colors are dominated by white while anthracite was chosen for the trunk – core of the buildings and for details such as railings, aluminum frames.
