This apartment building is located in the municipality of Thermi on the east side of Thessaloniki. The project is about a three-story building with pilotis and a roof garden.
The architecture and geometry of the building is simple but imposing. In relation to the volume, the basic design principle of the buildings follows the lines of the plot, creating a natural curve both in terms of floor plan and height. The aim was for the three buildings to visually form a single whole, in which the horizontal lines formed by the balconies stand out, while at the same time the outer wall of the buildings is lost. The choice of white for the handrail of the balconies and other details of the façade, and the anthracite color for the recesses, the exterior walls of the buildings and the window frames of the glazing, contributed to this. The roof as mentioned above is planted with low planting. The load-bearing structure of the building is made of reinforced concrete and the plaster coating of 3 layers is triptych.

Architecture emerges out of careful analysis of how contemporary life constantly evolves and changes.
