RESIDENCE WITH ATRIUM IN THERMI, THESSALONIKI

The project refers to the design of a 1-storey residence in the municipality of Thermi on the east side of Thessaloniki. The building is situated at the north side of the area, and it is characterized by its minimal and contemporary architecture. Clear geometrical forms and straight lines create an impressive facade which reflects the layout of the floor plan. Additionally, big transparent surfaces connect the indoor space with the outdoors, radiating the continuance in the house.
Following the eco-spirit of today, OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS offer a sustainable design respecting the surrounding environment. A wide atrium is located in the center of the building, dividing the residence into the public and the private zones and allowing the natural light to enter the building.
The residence contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and a spacious open plan area for the kitchen and living room, which enjoys the view to the garden and to the swimming pool.
