SMALL RESIDENCE IN THERMI, THESSALONIKI

The project is about a small residence in the municipality of Thermi on the east side of Thessaloniki. The building refers to a family house developing in two levels. On the ground floor there are the public areas of the house such as the double-height living room, the kitchen and the dining room, while the second floor depicts a more private zone, hosting the bedrooms.
OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS designed a contemporary house, characterized by clear geometry, forms and lines. Key element of the design was not only to create an aesthetically beautiful and contemporary house, but also to provide a functional plan layout, where the users could spend quality time, enjoying the benefits of “well-being”.
