OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS were commissioned to redesign and renovate a 600m2 building in the centre of Duisburg.
The project brief demanded a coffee shop in the ground floor as well as six apartments on the three upper floors.
The front and rear facades were redesigned following the old architectural footprint. The whole ground floor was rearranged as a coffee shop and the apartments above were redesigned in order to serve the contemporary users’ needs.
OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS, are responsible for the interior design, along with the furnishing as well.
Architecture emerges out of careful analysis of how contemporary life constantly evolves and changes.
