SUMMER HOUSES COMPLEX IN PEFKOCHORI, HALKIDIKI

This project concerns the design of a housing complex in Pefkochori, Halkidiki. The complex consists of 10 housing units of 50-90 m² in a building site with a total area of 2240 m². Pefkohori is one of the places that gathers the most tourists in Halkidiki. The units are targeted at this market and provide a variety of house sizes to please everyone. The houses are built facing an interior courtyard as well as views to the sea. Special care had to be taken in the layout of the houses in the plot to allow as much view to the sea as possible for all the houses inside the courtyard.
