The site is located at the extension of Thermi in Thessaloniki, an area with large residential growth. All the buildings of the residential complex follow the typology and principals of modern architecture, based on the term form follows function. The houses are located circumferential to the site creating a big private courtyard at the centre. The aim of the project was the creation of a friendly and safe neighborhood for the residents with emphasis to the green areas.
