The building is designed according to the ‘less is more’ theory of modern architecture. Some of the distinctive elements of the building are the long plane lines which disappear at avanishing point and interesting shadows and light controlled by shelters and openings. Glass surfaces are placed at the commercial facades of the building and more economical and sustainable materials are placed at the other sides of the building. The main facade depicts the corporational aspirations and vision of the client, to be contemporary and innovative.
