The site is located in Charilaou, Thessaloniki. Τhe four-storey building consists of four apartments, one on each floor. Οn the ground level a pilotis serves as a parking area, whereas all storage facilities are on the underground level. The interior design is similarly organized in zones, with the living rooms and dining rooms in the first zone, followed by kitchens and bathrooms and finally the bedrooms.
