The Office

OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS is an architects practice based in Greece (Thessaloniki and Athens) and in the UK (in London). The office was originally set up in Thessaloniki in 2003. It has since grown its output reach both nationally and internationally and has secured more than 30 highly regarded industry awards and distinctions.

Evident in the variety, scale and sheer number of projects the practice has completed to date is our commitment to great design and quality architecture.

Our inhouse team of architects closely follow the founding partners work ethos and approach:

  • To generate design with clarity and purpose that is developed, refined, constructed and successfully delivered
  • To ensure clients’ aspirations are not only met but also exceeded
  • To do so on time and on budget
  • To deliver the highest level of design

The team is expertly skilled in the manipulation of cutting-edge software used in the production and co-ordination of design packages. Many of its members have led projects from inception to completion and bring a wealth of capabilities to the designs we deliver.

OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS is a Royal Institute of British Architects Chartered Practice and as such abides to the RIBA criteria and standards. We have excellent references from both private and commercial clients available at your request.

Antonis Perpatidis

Antonis Perpatidis was born in Thessaloniki. He received the BSc and Msc degree in Architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Antonis has been a founder and senior partner in ‘OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS’, ‘d-twentyfive Architecture and Development’ and ‘o25 architects’ studio’. Since 2003 then, has been a leading executive and principal architect in these architectural firms.

Thanasis Chrysomallis

Thanasis Chrysomallis was born in Thessaloniki. He received the BSc degree in Architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and MA in Image Studies at University of Kent at Canterbury. Thanasis has been a founder and senior partner in OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS, “d-twentyfive Architecture and Development’ and ‘o25 architects”. Since 2003 then, has been a leading executive and principal architect in these architectural firms.

Manolis Vourakis

Manolis Vourakis was born in Herakleion. He received the BSc degree in Architecture at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Msc degree at Catholic University of Leuven. Manolis has been a founder and senior partner in OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS, ‘d-twentyfive Architecture and Development’ and ‘o25 architects studio’. Since 2003 then, has been a leading executive and principal architect in these architectural firms.

Katerina Rapti

Katerina Rapti was born in Thessaloniki. She studied Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has been a design instructor for 5 years. She worked as an architect for a construction company and then for an architectural office specialised in public projects. Katerina is part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since April 2010.

Eleni Theodoridou

Eleni studied Architecture at AUTH and holds an MSc in Advanced Sustainable Architecture from University of Edinburgh. Currently, she is a Ph.D student at the Department of Planning and Regional Development of AUTH and part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since 2010.

Chryssanthi Perpatidou

Chryssanthi Perpatidou, was born in Thessaloniki. She has been a registered Architect since 2007 following completion of her Diploma in Architecture in 2004 and the Certificate in Professional Practice and Management in 2006. Chryssanthi has been a founder and senior partner in OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS since 2014.

Theoklitos Paterakis

Theoklitos (Takis) Paterakis was born in Ierapeta, Crete. He received his BSc degree in NTUA. He has been a co-founder and senior partner in ‘OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS Crete branch since day one.

Stratos Garyfallou

Stratos Garyfallou was born in Thessaloniki. He received the BSc degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering from the
Technical University of Thessaloniki, Greece. Stratos is a part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS information Technology team since April 2016.

Stella Fessa

Stella Fessa was born in Thessaloniki. She studied Marketing in Pythgoras College. She has been working as administration in OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS since March 2013.

Rania Vatidou

Rania Vatidou was born in Thessaloniki. She received a BSc degree in Accountancy at Alexander Technological Institute in Thessaloniki and MSc in Business Administration at International University of Thessaloniki. She worked in financial audit for industrial and commercial companies. Rania is a member of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS team since July 2019.

Maria Logotheti

Maria Logotheti was born and raised in Loutraki. She graduated from the University of Patra in Restoration & Renovation of buildings; and continued her studies in Architecture at the university of Leicester, UK. In 2017 she graduated with a Masters in Architecture degree and worked for a year in the UK. Maria is part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since November 2018.

Andreas Rigas

Andreas Rigas was born and raised in Patra. He has a Civil Engineering degree from the Technological Institute of Piraeus. He has worked in the field of civil engineering and landscape architecture since 1994. From 2001 he is working as a freelance contractor as well as a managing director for his companies. Andreas is collaborating with OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS since 2015.

Angeliki Georgiadou

Angeliki Georgiadou was born in Florina. She studied Architecture in DUTH and holds an MA in Urban Design from Middlesex University. She worked as an architect for a consulting company and then for an architectural office specialized in interior design. Angeliki is a part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since October 2019.

Sotiris Chatzis

Sotiris Chatzis was born and raised in Veria. He graduated from the Department of Architecture at Democritus University of Thrace in 2019. During his studies, he worked as an intern in architectural offices in Athens and Veria, participating in architectural competitions. Sotiris is part of OFFICE25ARCHITECTS design team since June 2020

Mariana Mpougonikolou

Mariana Mpougonikolou was born in Athens. She studied architecture at the University of Thessaly. After completing her studies, she worked as an architect in Seville, in the framework of the Erasmus Placement programme, assisting in the production of detailed drawings for public building constructions. Since returning to Greece, she has been working as a freelance architect. Mariana is part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since November 2017.

Eirini Trompouki

Eirini Trompouki was born in Veroia. She studied Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. In 2015 she moved in Dubai where she worked in the fields of architecture and interior design. After returning to Greece she has been working as a freelancer architect and has been part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since November 2016.

Vassilis Vavougios

Vassilis Vavougios was born in 1985. He studied Architecture at the Polytechnic School of Architecture at the University of Patras. Since 2010 he has been working as a freelancer in the field of architecture and design, evolving apart from design in the field of architectural visualization. Vassilis is part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since September 2012.

Kostas Panopoulos

Kostas Panopoulos was born in Thessaloniki. He studied Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has an MSc in Renewable Energy Systems from the International Hellenic University. He specializes in architectural visualizations and has been a 3ds max instructor since 2009. Kostas is part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since June 2015.

Vasileios Stergioudis

Vasileios Stergioudis was born in 1987 in Poligiros, Chalkidiki. He studied Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and graduated in 2012. He specializes in BIM modeling and architectural visualization post-production. He loves graphic design as well. Since December 2013, he is part of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team.

Maria Papavasilopoulou was Born and raised in Athens.
Studied at the University of Piraeus and graduated from the department of Economics. Since 2012 she is a member of the OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS team in Athens.

Chrisi Chariskou

Chrisi studied Architecture at Democritus University of Thrace with focus on residential sector and graphic design. In 2017 she moved in Thessaloniki where she worked as a freelance architect and graphic designer and as a project architect in various architecture and construction firms. She has been part of OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since October 2019.

Athina Andreadou

Athina was born in Kozani. She studied Architecture in the Democritus University of Thrace. In 2017 she practiced an internship in Tokyo where she worked on international projects in the fields of architecture and planning. In 2018 she moved in the Netherlands where she worked on the field of landscape architecture and design. After returning to Greece she has been working as a freelance architect and is a member of OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS design team since October 2019.
