This is an office building located in Thermi, Thessaloniki. The offices, the reception and the meeting rooms are on the ground and first floors, whereas the storage facilities and playing room are on the underground level. The building is composed of two main cubic volumes blending into each other. The one volume is semi-transparent with louvers that serve the private areas and protect the inner spaces from the sun. The other one is a perforated volume, which indicates the entrance, whilst creating a parking space and a small green area on ground level.
