SUMMER HOUSES IN POSEIDI – HALKIDIKI / GREECE

The site is located in Halkidiki, and more specifically on the hill over the village of Poseidi. The projects concerns the design of six summer houses. Each house is about 150 square meters and developed on two levels, with the lower one being underground. The whole project has a bioclimatic character with green roofs, deep cantilevers above the rooms for shading and vertical shading devices in the form of wooden blinds. Each residence has its own swimming pool and private garden, that overlooks towards the unique view the site offers.
