OFFICE SPACE CONVERSION TO SUMMER APARTMENTS

The project has to do with the conversion of a former office building into three country apartments in the village of Kallithea. The plot is located very near the centre of the village and five minutes’ walk from the beach of Kallithea, which is one of the most beautiful beaches in Halkidiki.
The three apartments have been designed in two levels, accommodating a living room with dining area and kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom. All three apartments have pergolas and a small garden.
