This is our new project in Kallithea Halkidiki.
The project has to do with six country apartments designed in two distinct building complexes in the village of Kallithea on Ellispontou Street, on a land plot covering an area of 285m2. The plot is located very near the center of the village and five minutes walk from the beach of Kallithea. Three of the apartments are developed on the two upper levels, so we had to create indoor and outdoor staircases. There is a swimming pool in the back of the housing complex as well. The materials used are simple and durable, since the detached houses are near the sea and humidity will test them over time. We used durable white coating, impregnated decorative wood, glass and aluminum, which have supported our synthetic options. Internally large marbles have been used on the floors of the ground floor, and on those on the other floor wide oak floor boards, in their natural color and in great lengths.
