In this construction, the bare walls of the existed neoclassical building were combined with black metal visible elements of the electromechanical installations, while the interior was transformed through an excessive use of curved plywood. The plywood not only has unified the structure creating new volumes, it has also formed multiple elements of the stable equipment –the bar, a sitting bench, tables etc.
The wishful result obtained by designing the idea in Rhino and Grasshopper that really gave the ability to designers to create these curves.
The project has become a stable venue for the youth giving a breath of freshness to Lodz center.
