Privacy & cookies

Contact enquiries
When you contact us, we store the details, message and any attachments you provide so our office can handle your enquiry. Contact messages and attachments are not sent to Meta by this Pixel integration.
Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel (2384557152279428), provided by Meta Platforms, to measure page visits from advertising and support advertising optimization. It can share the visited page URL, browser and device information, IP address and advertising cookie identifiers (such as _fbp and _fbc) with Meta. Meta may associate these signals with its users under its own policies. This integration reports PageView only; it does not report enquiries, purchases or form contents and does not add advanced customer matching or server uploads.
Where prior advertising consent is required, Meta Pixel is blocked until you accept. If your region cannot be determined, the same blocking rule applies. Elsewhere it may operate without an initial banner, unless you reject it or an applicable browser opt-out is detected. Global Privacy Control overrides acceptance. Administrative and private selection pages are excluded.
Your choices and withdrawal
Accept and Reject are equally available. Open Cookie settings at the bottom of a public page to withdraw or change your decision at any time. Withdrawal stops further Pixel reporting and applies to other open tabs of this website; it does not undo data already received by Meta. Blocked visits are not replayed after acceptance.
We store a browser-local consent history containing a random visitor reference, your choice, its date/time, the detected region, and the notice and choices presented. The record includes separate analytics and advertising choices. Earlier acceptance evidence is retained when you withdraw. This record is not uploaded to Meta. Clearing browser storage removes the local record, and you may be asked again. On withdrawal we delete accessible first-party tracking cookies; third-party cookies can be removed through your browser settings.
Google Analytics
The website also uses Google Analytics for visit statistics, including page URL/title and browser/device information. Analytics is a separate choice from advertising. In consent-required or unresolved regions we use basic Google Consent Mode v2: Google tags are not loaded until analytics is accepted, and no denied-consent measurement pings are intentionally sent. Default signals analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are denied before initialization, and updated after your choice. Google Signals and ad personalization features are disabled in this installation. Withdrawal disables further Analytics reporting, updates consent and removes accessible Analytics cookies. Global Privacy Control blocks optional tracking. Administrative, private selection and query-bearing pages are excluded.
Cookies and browser storage
- Necessary: office session/security cookies (office session expires after seven days), consent choices in local storage until cleared, and session storage for project list position and the introductory animation, lasting the browser session.
- Google Analytics: _ga and _ga_* identify visits and sessions; Google commonly uses an expiry of up to two years, subject to property settings. The website does not set an additional analytics retention period.
- Meta: _fbp and, where applicable, _fbc support advertising measurement; Meta commonly uses an expiry of around three months, subject to its configuration.
These optional services are blocked pending permission where required. External sites such as social media links have their own cookie policies after you leave O25. You can manage all stored cookies and site data in your browser. Server account settings and retention periods should be reviewed by the website operator.
