1. General Information

These Terms govern use of the official OFFICE25ARCHITECTS Website, https://o25.gr. OFFICE25ARCHITECTS is an architectural practice based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Use of the Website is subject to these Terms insofar as permitted by applicable law. Mandatory statutory rights are not excluded.

2. Purpose and Information

The Website presents architectural projects, design concepts, publications, awards, professional activities and related editorial information. Content is informational and does not constitute a binding professional offer, construction specification, technical certification or architectural advice. Engagements are subject to separate agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original architectural works, concepts, plans, drawings, sections, diagrams, models, visualisations, renderings, photographs, videos, text, graphic design, logos, branding and original arrangements of Website content are protected by Greek Law 2121/1993, applicable EU law and international conventions. Rights belong to OFFICE25ARCHITECTS and/or their respective authors, photographers, designers, clients, collaborators, licensors and other lawful owners. Publication does not transfer ownership or imply a general licence.

4. Architectural Plans and Designs

No visitor may assume that a displayed design can be copied, adapted, implemented or used as construction-ready documentation. Except where permitted by mandatory law or authorised by the relevant rights holder, copying or commercial exploitation of drawings, reproduction of distinctive protected designs, unauthorised derivative works, misattribution and removal of copyright notices are prohibited. Published plans and renders are for presentation and reference only, not construction, structural safety or regulatory approval.

5. Photographs and Visual Content

Photographs, videos, animations and renders may belong to independent photographers, visualisation studios, artists or other third parties. Their appearance on this Website does not mean OFFICE25ARCHITECTS owns all rights or can grant permission to reuse them. Except where a licence or legal exception applies, prior written permission from the relevant rights holder is required for republication, commercial use, advertising, distribution, modification, licensing or creation of derivatives. Do not remove authorship credits, watermarks or rights metadata. Attribution or a link alone does not confer permission. Moral rights must be respected where applicable.

6. AI Training and Automated Extraction

To the extent permitted by applicable law, relevant rights holders expressly reserve rights against unauthorised text and data mining, systematic scraping and incorporation of protected Website materials into datasets used for developing, training, fine-tuning or evaluating AI systems, including image-generation systems. This reservation does not override mandatory statutory exceptions. Separate machine-readable rights reservations may be implemented to reinforce this notice.

7. Permitted Use

Visitors may browse the Website for lawful personal, informational, educational and professional reference purposes. Temporary technical copies inherent in normal browsing are permitted to the extent allowed by law. 9. Publication Requests

Journalists, publishers, researchers, educational institutions and others seeking reproduction permission should email o25@o25.gr, identifying the project or material, intended platform and purpose, commercial status, requested format and proposed credits. Permission, if granted, is limited to the agreed scope and does not automatically cover third-party rights.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Do not attempt unauthorised access to administrative systems, bypass security, transmit malware, disrupt availability, perform abusive scraping or denial-of-service activity, collect personal data unlawfully, impersonate the practice, misrepresent authorship or infringe intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights. This clause does not prohibit lawful activities protected by mandatory law.

11. Enquiries

Contact forms are for legitimate professional enquiries. Users must submit information they are entitled to disclose and should avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. An enquiry does not create an architect-client relationship or binding engagement. Personal data is processed under the Website Privacy Policy.
