The aim of the architectural proposed design of the City Hall, which is a public building with a defined usage and a figurative shape, is to become a landmark for the area and an exemplary building for the community. The main concept of the buildings architectural composition is the creation of a central dynamic space at the core of the building which gives clarity at the space and organizes all the functions and services around it. The building is comprised by two floors and a basement.
