The project is about a complex of five two-storey private residences, located at the expansion of Thermi area, in Thessaloniki. The buildings follow the typology and principals of modern architecture, with simple lines and volumes dominating the design. Each residence consists of three levels. The first level, partially placed underground, consists of storage areas and a playroom, covering the private needs of the owner, while the second level (street level) houses merely the communal spaces, including the living room, kitchen and guests wc. Finally, the third level houses the bedrooms.
