OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS designed the new Metropolis Mall @ Larnaka, the newest and the most contemporary Mall in Cyprus for ZUDOLEX the Cypriot Brand of the South Africa Action.
The project is located in Larnaka on the southern coast of Cyprus in an area of 120.000 m2 next to the city center. The proposal counts more than 37.000 m2, while the building hosts 138 shops.

The new mall is developed in one storey with mezzanines for the shops and parking space at the basement and an addition open air parking space on the groundfloor.
There are 3 main entrances to the mall, which make the access to the building much more easier. The lay out of the plan allows the easy and free action in the mall,
as there is one main road, through someone have the ability to explore the whole commercial part of the building. That was one of the main aims of our design, the creation of a friendly and welcoming place, despite his huge scale.   As for the facades , OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS has been chosen a minimal design with a combination of earthly colors, with the glam of copper. The lower part of the facade consists of grey concrete blocks while , the upper one seems to be floating because of the second skin of the building covered with light colors. Food and Drink Services are situated at the third and the second entrance of the building, offering them, the potential of the outdoor spaces’ capitalization as sitting areas. The purpose includes also the design of a wide green area around the building, upgrading aesthetically the surrounding place and following the eco spirit of today.
These green areas are offered for communal use.

O25 ARCCHITECTS designed a contemporary and high-spec building able to change the image of Larnaka, rendering it a commercial destination.
