This is a concept of the refurbishment of an oak joinery in London. The proposal calls for the introduction of four seperate Work: Live studios within the old industrial building shell. The units have privacy from neigbours, with private garden and access. The units combined in the refurbished building creating a work and live block, targeted to young creative individuals or small families than work from home. The units are organised with work oriented areas on the ground floor, and living areas on the first floor.

Architecture emerges out of careful analysis of how contemporary life constantly evolves and changes.
