OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS have designed an office building in Kallithea, Municipality of Kassandra, that combines simplicity with distinctiveness.

The architectural design is guided by the concept of the cantilever, with the building elegantly projecting from a platform that seamlessly extends from the ground.

The building’s clean horizontal lines convey both simplicity and dynamism, creating a harmonious architectural composition. Material and color choices are carefully selected to highlight the building’s structural elements and volumes. The base of the structure features a concrete block facade, providing a solid foundation, while anthracite accents in the recesses and frames add depth. The primary facades are finished in crisp white, enhancing the building’s modern aesthetic.
