RESIDENCE COMPLEX IN NEA IRAKLEIA, CHALKIDIKI

The residential complex is located in Nea Irakleia in Chalkidiki, just some meters from the sea.
The proposal consists of fourteen houses in two different buildings. Four of the residences are developed on a one level, with basement and mezzanine, while
the rest of them have not basement. Despite the fact that every single house is situated next to another, the design achieved to provide every family
with a private garden with a swimming pool and sunken sitting areas. These gardens
offer spectacular views to the blue sea of Aegean.

The entrance to each house is on the groundfloor though a small garden with private parking space.
the groundfloor of the houses is consisted of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, dining and a bedroom, while the stairs drive to the basement
where there is one more bedroom, bathroom and a storage. Upstairs, on the mezzanine there is a bedroom with a bathroom.

Minimal forms, clear lines and stable geometry are just some of the characteristics which create an up to date architecture.
