Shopping Center In Pikermi Athens GREECE

The site is located in Pikermi, Attica. It is located on Marathonos street, a main highway road, in a junction with a vertical road that leads to major industrial buildings of the area. We decided to create a mixed use building complex with offices and retail shops. We used a metallic structure which helped us create large openings. Also, wooden cladding creates a warm and cozy environment and a light structure as well. The building utilizes the maximum possible facade for the shop’s windows towards Marathonos street. An arcade connects the entrance area with a private plaza of a café shop.
