OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS designed two three-level residences 300m2 each in the area of Panorama Thessalonikis. These are two independent buildings placed in such a way as to take advantage of the various views towards  the city and the sea. The landscape determined the design as new volumes evolve as a continuation of the existing terrain, largely preserving the topography of the area. The architecture of the residences is characterized by geometric purity and simple lines. Large openings, natural materials and construction honesty are just some of the elements that make up the architectural composition.

The two residences are functionally independent but are morphologically connected by an extensive pergola which creates outdoor covered spaces and completes the final image of the complex.

Architecture emerges out of careful analysis of how contemporary life constantly evolves and changes.
