The apartment building is situated in Polichrono, Greece, a summer destination in the first peninsula of Halkidiki. The building program refers to seven apartments organized in three building volumes connected with staircases. The apartments’ design follows three different types. Type A refers to the ground floor apartments, while type B refers to those on the upper floor developing on two levels. The final type, type C, is an apartment developed in all three levels of the complex.
Given the outdoor use of the house, special emphasis was given in the relationship between interior and exterior, with the creation of private courtyards and verandas while large openings allow natural ventilation and sunbathing inside. Morphologically the building is characterized by straight lines offering a purity of construction and at the same time is symmetrical to the central perpendicular axis.

Architecture emerges out of careful analysis of how contemporary life constantly evolves and changes.
