RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX IN THERMI, THESSALONIKI

OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS have designed two identical two-story buildings  in the area of Thermi, Thessaloniki .

The design emphasizes simplicity and functionality. Each building features main-use spaces on the roof and pilotis, allowing for open, airy ground floors. The structures are made of reinforced concrete with brick walls, ensuring durability and stability. Thoughtful insulation techniques have been employed throughout to enhance energy efficiency.

The architectural style is marked by clean geometric lines and large openings, creating a sense of openness and connection to the surroundings. The buildings are primarily white, with anthracite accents highlighting the recesses, semi-outdoor areas, and aluminum frames. Glass railings and light gray aluminum louvers add a touch of sophistication and modernity
