OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS designed two two-story buildings located in the expanding area of Kallithea, exuding simple elegance and functionality. Each building features an attic extending from the first floor, offering additional space and character.

Their linear geometric shapes are a clear expression of architectural harmony, while the large window surfaces allow natural light to penetrate the interior. Modern details, such as glass railings and balconies, add interest to the building facades, while the swimming pools and parking spaces complete their functional aspect. Overall, these buildings offer a contemporary and comfortable living environment that blends aesthetics with practicality.
