FOURTEEN HOUSES IN NEA IRAKLEIA – HALKIDIKI / GREECE

The project concerns a residential complex in the area of Nea Iraklia, in Halkidiki. Particularly, it is about 2 two-storey buildings, which consist of a total of 14 residences (7 detached houses in each building volume).

The plot is located in a fairly close distance from the center of the village of Nea Iraklia, however, its biggest advantage is its very close distance (200 m) from Sahara beach. The entrance to the most residences is made from the back, while on the front side there are private pools, as a continuation of each veranda and each property, overlooking the sea.

OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS designed these houses in such a way to be relaxing holiday homes for the owners in the summer season and beyond. Their ideal location offers endless views of the blue Sahara beach. Τhe design of the houses has been done in such a way as to ensure the privacy of each one, despite the existence of fourteen houses on the plot.
