Apartment Building in Metamorphoseos St, Kalamaria

In the urban context of the district of Kalamaria, Thessaloniki, OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS designed a four storey building, consisted of two duplex apartments. In the ground floor, one can find the main entrance of the building, as well as two retail stores.

The duplex apartments, distribute their living spaces in two levels, providing, wide balconies on the front façade, spacious double height dining and living rooms, provision of facilities for disabled, three bathrooms per apartment, as well as generous openings that allow daylight and natural ventilation to penetrate the premises.
The exterior materials and lines strengthen the project’s contextual relationship with the neighbourhood and allow to establish dynamic views from the street level. OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS, used timber cladding, wooden shading louvers, glass and whitewashed plastered walls.
