The project is about three residences in the village of Koutsouras in the municipality of Ierapetra, Crete. The one house is located in the south side and it consists of two levels
with a basement, while the rest of them in the north one of the area consist of two levels with a mezzanine.

Each residence is different, however there is a common concept design and a common idea which provide a close typology, offering  proposal’s unity.
There are two main entrances to the area, the first on the east and the second one on the north, where there are also 4 parking spaces.
Big openings connect the interior space with the outdoor, while the 2 main atriums allow the natural sun and light to enter the buildings.
Clear forms, straight lines and stable geometry create a contemporary residence complex with minimal and sustainable design respecting both the “topos” of Crete, but also the environmental qualifications following the eco spirit of today. Simultaneously, OFFSICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS emphasized on the conservation of  privacy between the users, despite the fact that they live in a common area.
Saltiness and Humidity of the sea make clear the need of durable materials, able to be both long-lasting and suitable with the area.

Architecture emerges out of careful analysis of how contemporary life constantly evolves and changes.
