The two buildings have a simple oncology with markings of the entrances as well as comfortable balconies on each side.

Each building accommodates 4 apartments, in total 8.  The ground floor hosts the entrances, the pilotis as well as 2 apartments, one for each building. These two apartments have a loft on the first floor, where additionally one more apartment lies.  Four apartments were designed on the second floor of the buildings
in the ensemble which all have access to the main space on the roof.

The color of the complex is white, while anthracite was chosen for details such as recesses / semi-outdoors and aluminum frames. The parapets of the balconies are made of glass, while aluminum blinds were chosen in light gray color for selected areas.
