OFFICETWENTYFIVEARCHITECTS have designed two apartment buildings and two private residences in Thermi, Thessaloniki.
The design features a monolithic volumetric approach, enhanced by the addition of louvers and perimeter balconies, creating a complex yet harmonious aesthetic.
The two apartment buildings house a total of eight apartments. The ground floor includes main entrances, storage rooms, and pilotis. Each of the typical floors contains four identical two-bedroom apartments, with an additional main living space on the roof connected to the apartments below.
The private residences offer three bedrooms, a mezzanine, and a main living space on the roof, organized as a guesthouse.
The color scheme features a dominant white, with anthracite details in the recesses, semi-outdoor areas, and aluminum window frames, providing a sleek and modern look.
This project perfectly combines form and function.
